These Terms of Use govern your interaction with King Nails LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), both online at https://kingnailsspa.com and in-store. By using our website or receiving services in our salon, you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. You may not use our website for any illegal or harmful purposes.

2. Booking & In-Salon Sign-In

  • Online Bookings: You must provide your name and contact information. Phone number is optional. By booking online, you agree to receive appointment-related messages via email and SMS, including promotional offers, if you provide a phone number.

  • In-Salon Sign-In: Upon arrival, all clients must sign in to confirm their service(s). Phone number is optional. By signing in, you acknowledge and accept our terms, safety rules, and liability waiver. You also agree to receive SMS communications if you provide a phone number.

3. Appointment Policy

  • Late Arrival: We will hold your appointment for 5 minutes. Late arrivals may lose priority.

  • Cancellations: Must be made before the service begins. Fees may apply for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Completion & Satisfaction: Clients must allow completion of services. Full payment is required regardless of satisfaction.

4. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Inform staff of any allergies or health conditions.

  • We are not responsible for injuries or adverse reactions during or after services.

  • Clients must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Promotions & VIP Membership

  • Promotions may be offered periodically. Terms apply.

  • VIP membership includes benefits such as discounts and priority booking. Terms are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by King Nails LLC. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any materials without permission.

7. Children Policy

For safety, our salon is not child-friendly. Parents are responsible for their children’s supervision.

8. Facility Access & Liability

Clients are not allowed in restricted areas. We are not responsible for accidents caused by unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages related to nails, polish, lashes, or other services after you leave the salon. All services are provided “as is.”

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in courts within Wisconsin.
